Product Knowledge: The Trout Lake Farm sales department has a combined total of over 35 years experience in the herbal industry. We have extensive knowledge about individual crop growing, scheduling for harvesting and processing, and familiarity with quality and yields.
Contracting Expertise: We can assist you with planning. Raw material contracting assures you of the quantity and the price with predictable on time delivery.
Communication and Team Support. We can support you by channeling and tracking communication between our customers and other TLF departments.  Please ask your Sales Representative.

  • Our Shipping department: assists with quotes, order tracing, specialized packaging for exports and export documents.
  • Our Quality Assurance department: assists in reviewing requests for crop info, specific test data (over and above our standard “lot-specific” Certificate of Analysis documentation), and customer complaint investigation and resolution.
  • Our Operations staff: assists with information regarding milling, blending, powdering; and varied documentations (organic certification, audit and questionnaire requests)
